TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance, for the Contracting Authorities — the Municipalities of Świętochłowice, Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. with its registered office in Katowice, and the Chorzów-Samuel-Chorzów Świętochłowice Water and Sewerage Company (Chorzowsko-Świętochłowickie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji) with its registered office in Chorzów — of construction works as part of the investment project entitled: Expansion of county roads on Katowicka Street and Wojska Polskiego Street, together with the construction of an integrated transfer center “Mijanka” in Świętochłowice. The scope of the subject matter includes the performance of construction works carried out on the basis of the ZRiD decision 2/2022 of 3.10.2022 and on the basis of the Building Permit no. 28/22 of 15.03.2022.
