TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to design and carry out the expansion of expressway S1 on the section from km 549+830.00 to km 554+570.00. The above-mentioned section constitutes a part of expressway S1 connecting the existing route of expressway S1 from the Pyrzowice interchange to the Brzęczkowice interchange with the constructed section of this road from the Kosztowy II interchange to Bielsko-Biała. The contract is implemented in the design and build formula. 2. The detailed subject matter of the contract is described in Volume III–V of the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks, i.e., the pavement of the main route including the production and installation thereof, and the execution of the remaining layers of the pavement structure above the natural ground (excavation) or embankment ground (embankment), excluding the supply of materials and services.
