TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the subject of the contract in Part No 1 includes, in particular: - construction of a road for pedestrians and cyclists with a length of approx. 968.5 m and a width of 3.0 m, - construction and reconstruction of sections of roads for pedestrians with a total length of approx. 80.5 m, - construction and reconstruction of driveways to properties and public utility facilities, - execution of shoulders, safety strips and a buffer strip, - execution of a stormwater drainage system in the form of drainage channels equipped with French drains together with the necessary drainage elements, - extension of the existing culvert and works related to the adjustment of underground infrastructure equipment, - reconstruction and construction of road lighting, including construction of new lighting poles, low-voltage cable lines nN 0.4 kV, lighting control cabinets, and dismantling of the existing lighting that conflicts with the investment, - reconstruction of conflicting elements of the site utilities network, including relocation of hydrants, - execution of earthworks, demolition works and landscaping/clearing works, - cutting down trees and shrubs that conflict with the…
