Expansion of County Road No. 1576B Falki – Filipy 1. The subject of the contract is to prepare technical documentation together with the execution of construction works and hand over the road for use for the project “Expansion of County Road No. 1576B Falki – Filipy” under the Design-Build system. 2. The design documentation must be prepared on the basis of the attached Functional and Utility Program – Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 3. Preparation of design documentation (consistent with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 September 2004 on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional and utility program) includes the preparation of: - the executive design, - the construction design, - the design for permanent traffic organization, - the design for temporary traffic organization, - the bill of quantities, - the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, - the map for design purposes, - other, i.e. other studies, designs, permits, arrangements and opinions required under separate regulations, necessary…
