Expansion of the municipal selective waste collection point in Opatów under a design-and-build formula 1. Contract name: “Expansion of the municipal selective waste collection point in Opatów under a design-and-build formula”. 2. The expansion of the municipal selective waste collection point in Opatów is planned on plots No. 28 and 29, obręb Opatów, at Kościuszki Street, with a total area of approx. 0.33 ha. The location of the investment as well as photographic documentation have been presented in section 2.2 of the Functional-Utility Programme constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ. At the site intended for the investment, there is currently an existing selective waste collection point. The remaining part of the area is covered with low greenery. The area planned for the investment is flat. The area of the existing selective waste collection point is enclosed. The investment area adjoins the access road from the west and the east (municipal roads). Access to the site is provided directly by using the existing entrances (municipal road) and from the side of plot No. 27, which is owned by the Investor.
