1. Contract name: Extension and reconstruction of a building and its adaptation for cultural purposes, cinematheatre Włókniarz – Revitalisation of the city’s areas. 2. The subject of the contract is: reconstruction, extension, and adaptation of the former cinematheatre “Włókniarz”, together with its surroundings, for cultural purposes. 3.
