TENDER DESCRIPTION
Extension and reconstruction of the building of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Borów - additional works. .The planned scope of works results from construction works necessary to carry out the investment and includes in particular:- extension of the concrete subbase thickness 18 cm - excavation/formation of the bedding for paving with concrete blocks thickness 53 cm in the quantity of 128.80;- excavation/formation of the bedding for paving with concrete blocks thickness 40 cm in the quantity of 295.40;- removal of rubble and soil;- execution of a drainage layer made of sand, thickness 10 cm after compaction,- execution of a subbase for concrete blocks thickness 15 cm made of concrete C12/15- installation of kerbs 32.8- paving with paving blocks thickness 8 cm.- Execution of sanitary works in accordance with the attached bills of quantities.- Execution of electrical works in accordance with the attached bills of quantities.
