1. The Contracting Authority informs that it holds a building permit in accordance with decision no. 2251/26 of 17.07.2026 issued by the Starosta of Poznań. 2. The Contracting Authority informs that the investment area is subject to archaeological research in accordance with the decision allowing the carrying out of archaeological research no. 190/C/2026. 3. Special conditions for securing the construction site and carrying out construction works: construction works shall be carried out in accordance with technical requirements and the health and safety rules applicable in construction as well as with the arrangements/approvals for the project, and the construction site shall be secured against access by unauthorized persons. 4.
