TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension and conversion of the Community House (Dom Ludowy) in Cergowa, stage II 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the investment entitled “Extension and conversion of the Community House (Dom Ludowy) in Cergowa, stage II”. Under the second stage of the investment, finishing works are planned for the newly added part of the building. 2. The scope of works includes, among other things: • Demolition of the existing partition wall separating the WC area for persons with disabilities. Construction of a new partition wall at a new location. • Fire protection for class RE115 of the existing wooden posts above the ground floor in the part of the extension—pursuant to the drawing section. • Bricking up the existing door opening in the extended part of the hall (on the north side) and making a window opening. • Breaking out an opening with dimensions of 80x180 cm in the partition wall between the designed partition and the wash-up area. • Thermal insulation of the external walls of the extended part of the building with a layer of polystyrene (styrofoam) boards of thickness 20 cm. • Dismantling internal door joinery. • Construction of lintels over the designed new…
