TENDER DESCRIPTION

Expansion and reconstruction of the PARKOWA sewage pumping station in Malbork 1.1. The subject of the contract comprises: Expansion and reconstruction of the PARKOWA sewage pumping station in Malbork. 1.2. The scope of the contract has been described in detail in Part II of the SWZ, the Description of the Subject of the Contract. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: expansion and reconstruction of the PARKOWA sewage pumping station in Malbork, including: a) performance of the basic works directly resulting from the project documentation, the contract performance technical specifications (STWiORB) and the terms of the contract, b) performance of temporary works not included in the project documentation and STWiORB, the execution of which is necessary for carrying out the basic works of the subject contract, c) preparation of the documentation for final acceptance. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding performance and acceptance specify: - the description of the subject of the contract (Part II of the SWZ), - the proposed contractual provisions (Part III of the SWZ).
