TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension and reconstruction of the Primary School in Suchostruga The subject of the contract is to carry out the extension and reconstruction of the Primary School building in Suchostruga, located at ul. Szkolna 20, 05-555 Suchostruga. The Contractor shall perform the works in two stages: Stage I (basic), including the demolition of the existing residential building, the construction of a new school building in closed shell condition together with below-slab sanitary drainage and the façade, and the extension of a technical room. Stage II (option), including the execution of the remaining construction works covered by the design documentation, including: installation of internal and external services (excluding below-slab sanitary drainage), finishing works inside and outside the building, site development, and renovation and modernization works in the existing part of the school.
