TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out, under the “design and build” system, the full scope of work including preparation of complete design documentation, execution of construction works, supply, installation and commissioning of the infrastructure for charging electric buses, and then handing it over for operation—at the existing bus depot of the Municipal Transport Company (Miejskiego Zakładu Komunikacji) sp. z o.o. at Chemiczna Street 8 in Zielona Góra, on the cadastral plot no. 44/4, cadastral district 3, cadastral unit 086201_1. 2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Contractual provisions for the project (PPU) and in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Bid form.
