TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution, under the "design and build" system, of the full scope of works including the preparation of complete design documentation, carrying out construction works, supply, assembly, and commissioning of the electric bus charging infrastructure, and then handing it over for operation — located at the existing bus depot of the Municipal Transport Company Ltd. at 8 Chemiczna Street in Zielona Góra, on land plot no. 44/4, precinct 3, cadastral unit 086201_1. 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the ToR – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), in Annex No. 2 to the ToR – Contract design provisions (PPU), and in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – Offer form.
