TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract includes:I part of the contract: „Construction of a sidewalk along voivodeship road no. 985 in the town of Skopanie” – Stage II from km 5+620 to 5+980, on the basis of the documentation constituting Appendix No. 5 to this specification. The task is carried out under the project entitled: „Mobile MOF Tarnobrzeg” co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the regional programme European Funds for Podkarpacie for 2021-2027.2. The detailed scope of the contract is defined by the design documentation together with an accompanying descriptive addendum to the subject matter of the contract, the STWIOR, and the bills of quantities, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.3. The minimum warranty period is 24 months.4. In the case of proprietary names in the design documentation, technical specifications and this specification, equivalent solutions are permitted with parameters that are no worse. Where the Contracting Authority has described the subject matter of the contract by indicating standards, trademarks, patents or origin, it should be understood that the use of equivalent solutions is permitted, in relation to those specified…
