TENDER DESCRIPTION
Extension, reconstruction and redevelopment, and change of use of the buildings of the former mill into a cultural centre building 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works, including among others:• roof renovation;• replacement and installation of window and door joinery. The detailed scope of the works is set out in the design documentation, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, and the bill of quantities. This documentation is attached to the SWZ and is available on the website of the procedure being conducted.
