TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of this contract is the extension of the NIO-PIB Branch in Gliwice with an accelerator laboratory with a therapeutic device featuring magnetic resonance imaging. 2. The bid validity period is: 90 days. The period of bid validity begins upon expiry of the deadline for submission of bids. This day is the first day of the bid validity period. This means that the bid validity period expires on 09.12.2026. 3. In this tender procedure, when assessing bids, the Contracting Authority will apply the procedure specified in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act. 1.
