Expansion of Rzeczny Park with a skatepark The subject of the contract is the expansion of Rzeczny Park by constructing a skatepark together with a paving surface made of paving stones and small-scale architecture structures in the town of Niedźwiedź. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the appendices to the SWZ. The basis for pricing the subject of the contract is the design documentation. The bill of quantities attached to the SWZ has only an information purpose. After reviewing the documentation, the Contractor is required to determine the scope of works necessary to achieve the result.
