TENDER DESCRIPTION

Expansion of the playground by the Nursery “Odrzańskie Skrzaty” in Bytom Odrzański 1. The subject of the contract comprises partial demolition of existing concrete edging, hard-surfacing in the area of the planned playground, and preparation of the subbase for the equipment, while leaving the existing polyurethane surface in place; furnishing the playground with play equipment; fencing of the playground. ATTENTION! The Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with all documents enabling the acceptance of the investment in order to obtain a certificate/attestation from control, i.e. the so-called post-installation inspection of the playground, from an external institution. The playground must comply with PN-EN 1176 or 1177 Standards. The Contracting Authority requires a minimum warranty of 36 months for the subject of the contract. 2. The detailed scope of works has been specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – technical documentation (including: technical description, site development design, bill of quantities, technical specification for execution and acceptance of works).
