TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration, integration, and commissioning of an RF passive radiological detection subsystem intended for automatic detection, identification, classification, localization, and analysis of radio signals associated with the activity of unmanned aerial vehicles, BSP pilots, and communication devices used by BSP. The subsystem must be an integral part of the anti-drone system, ensuring passive recognition of radio signals without emitting its own signal and with cooperation with the command-and-control system. The RF subsystem must be intended for detecting the presence of BSP, identifying control signals, telemetry, data transmission, image transmission, and the location of both the BSP platform and its pilot. The system must enable effective operation in an urban and open environment. The subsystem must provide at least: • passive detection of the presence of BSP without the need to emit an active signal, • detection of control signals, telemetry, data transmissions, image transmissions and Remote ID in commercial BSP, • detection of the location of a BSP pilot in commercial BSP, • localization of BSP and the BSP…
