TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the extension of the 220/110 kV Recław substation for connecting new facilities to the national power grid (KSE), i.e. performing all activities, including design works, formal and legal works and construction works (together with the purchase and delivery of Equipment and Materials), necessary to install the bay in the SE REC and to build the Busbar Bridge together with a dedicated protection building and an element not directly related to the bridge construction, namely a direct entrance to the substation site. The Busbar Bridge construction shall be carried out in accordance with the guidelines for Busbar Bridges (Annex No 3 to Part II of the SWZ - Functional and Utility Programme (hereinafter PFU). The Contractor shall be responsible for preparing complete construction documentation, executive documentation and obtaining the Building Permit, the Occupancy Permit, carrying out the Works, ensuring they are taken over without defects, and preparing as-built documentation. 2.
