TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the expansion of the 220/110 kV Recław substation for connection of new facilities to the KSE, i.e. the performance of all activities, including design works, formal-legal procedures, and construction works (including the purchase and delivery of Equipment and Materials), necessary for the installation of the bay in SE REC and the construction of the Cable Bridge along with a dedicated protection building and an element not directly related to the construction of the bridge, namely the direct entrance to the substation area. The construction of the Cable Bridge shall be carried out in accordance with the guidelines for Cable Bridges (Annex No. 3 to Part II of the ToR - Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter PFU)). The Contractor will be responsible for preparing complete construction documentation, executive documentation, obtaining the Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, carrying out the Works, ensuring defect-free acceptance, and preparing as-built documentation. 2.
