TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the expansion of the 220/110 kV Recław station for connecting new facilities to the National Power System (KSE), i.e., performing all activities, including design works, formal-legal procedures, and construction works (along with the purchase and delivery of Equipment and Materials), necessary for the installation of a bay in SE REC and the construction of the Busbar Bridge along with a dedicated protection building and an element not directly related to the construction of the bridge, which is the direct access road to the station area. The construction of the Busbar Bridge must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines for Busbar Bridges (Appendix no. 3 to Part II of the Terms of Reference - Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter PFU). The Contractor shall be responsible for the preparation of the complete construction documentation, executive documentation, obtaining the Building Permit, Usage Permit, execution of the Works, achieving defect-free acceptance, and preparation of as-built documentation. 2.
