TENDER DESCRIPTION

Expansion of the “Kosakowo” Water Treatment Plant with a new retention tank for treated water under the “design and build” formula 1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the investment project entitled: “Expansion of the “Kosakowo” Water Treatment Plant with a new retention tank for treated water”, implemented under the “Design and Build” formula. The aim of the investment is to increase the retention capacity of the “Kosakowo” Water Treatment Plant by constructing a new retention tank for treated water with a nominal capacity of 100 m³, cooperating with the existing process system of the plant, together with all process, measurement and control infrastructure, integrated with the existing “Kosakowo” Water Treatment Plant. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Stage I – preparation of complete design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Programme and the Contracting Authority’s guidelines, in accordance with the current legal status.
