The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works, installation of equipment and systems, and their commissioning on the basis of the construction design entitled “Expansion of a cogeneration system together with an extension of the sludge handling unit at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rybnik-Orzepowice”, prepared by the Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego we Wrocławiu Sp. z o.o., and the obtained Decision No. 622/6740/2025 of 30 December 2025, approving the site development design and the architectural and construction design issued by the Mayor of the City of Rybnik.
