TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of a construction work consisting in the extension of the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital named after St. Jadwiga in Opole by a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Centre, together with the necessary infrastructure and site development. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, together with the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the contract, has been specified in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ and in the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, as well as in the architectural-and-construction design, execution designs, bill of quantities, and STWiOR. Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ, constituting a description of the subject of the contract, specifies the guaranteed/basic scope and describes the options of this procedure.
