TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension with renovation of the building of the Independent Public Healthcare and Treatment Facility named after Queen Karola in Dobrodzień 1. The subject of the contract is the extension with renovation of an existing facility, consisting in the construction of a new stairwell adapted to applicable regulations and requirements, with a lift shaft, as well as utility rooms on the mid-landing level and a utility room on the level of the mid-landing; construction of an external ramp for persons with disabilities and adaptation of the building to fire-protection requirements. The supporting structure of the extension has been designed as a traditional structure with brick/block walls, a ceiling structure and stair flights made of monolithic slabs. The roof structure has been designed on one slope in the form of a glazed roof slope. The roof is a traditional timber rafter-and-plank structure. The building foundations are designed as a strip footing slab (foundation slab) placed on the ceiling of an unmodified layer of load-bearing ground, with a level adjusted to the level of the existing foundations. 2.
