TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Public Contract is the demolition of the existing greenhouse structures, the construction of a new multi-span greenhouse for cultivation purposes of the Teplice Botanical Garden, and the construction of an educational pavilion intended for visitors, in particular pupils of primary and secondary schools. Further subjects of the Public Contract are earthworks and site alterations, including newly proposed paved areas, new growing areas, and utility networks. The reconstruction and revitalisation focuses in particular on technological equipment, with emphasis on modular measurement and control systems for heating and humidity, while ensuring the concurrent operation of the botanical garden, and ensuring accessibility and use of the site for the public and third parties throughout the entire implementation period according to the approved schedule.
