TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is services consisting in ensuring the comprehensive performance of the activity of the client’s technical construction supervision (“TDS”) and the performance of the safety and health coordinator on the construction site (“KBOZP”) within the meaning of Act No 283/2021 Sb., the Construction Act, as amended (the “Construction Act”); Act No 309/2006 Sb., which lays down further requirements for safety and health at work in employment-law relations and for ensuring safety and health in the performance of activities or the provision of services outside employment-law relations (the Act on ensuring further conditions for safety and health at work), as amended (the “OSH Act”); Government Regulation No 591/2006 Sb. on closer minimum requirements for safety and health at work at construction sites, as amended (the “Government Regulation on OSH”); and related currently valid and effective legal regulations, for the preparation and implementation of construction work for the project “Indoor Swimming Pool Prostějov”.
