TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is services consisting in ensuring the comprehensive performance of the construction client’s technical supervision over the execution of the construction works (“TDS”) and the performance of the workplace safety and health coordinator at the construction site (“KBOZP”) within the meaning of Act No. 283/2021 Sb., the Building Act, as amended by later regulations (“Building Act”), Act No. 309/2006 Sb., which lays down further requirements for safety and health protection at work in employment-law relationships and for ensuring safety and health during activities or the provision of services outside employment-law relationships (Act on ensuring further conditions for safety and health at work), as amended by later regulations (“OSH Act”), Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Sb., on closer minimum requirements for safety and health protection at workplaces, as amended by later regulations (“Government Regulation on OSH”), and related valid and effective legal regulations, during the preparation and implementation of the construction works for the project Krytý bazén Prostějov.
