The subject matter of the public contract is construction works, deliveries and services consisting in the construction of a new-build Indoor Pool Prostějov. The contracting authority expressly draws attention to the fact that the performance specified in the section of the project documentation titled “Interior and Visual Style” is not part of the subject matter of the public contract. The information in the interior project documentation is attached exclusively for the purpose of providing information about the scope and character of the planned interior of the indoor pool building, that is, providing information regarding the requirements for the construction readiness of the new-build indoor pool building for subsequent interior deliveries and the subsequent coordination of construction works and interior deliveries.
