TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the performance of a work consisting in the implementation of measures leading to the expansion of the capacity of the Racek hotel. The performance of the work includes the following construction works: a) interior alterations to the layout of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building from sales premises into accommodation units; b) thermal insulation and reconstruction of the building’s external envelope, including façade cladding; c) thermal insulation and reconstruction of the building’s roof envelope; d) replacement of existing window openings with new window glazing units, including doors; e) reconstruction of lighting; f) supply, installation and commissioning of PV (FVE) panels with an output of 50 kWp, including storage with usable capacity of 60 kWh; g) reconstruction of the heating system and hot-water distribution networks, including supply, installation and commissioning of heat pumps; h) related minor construction works necessary for the supply, installation and commissioning of the items specified above.
