The contract is concluded for a definite period until December 31, 2026. The contract becomes valid on the day it is concluded by both parties and effective on the day it is published in the contract register, in accordance with the contract register law.

Key financial milestones or phases are defined by two periods:

• From the date of signing until December 31, 2025.
• From January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Another document refers to similar periods for cost breakdown: from the effectiveness of the contract (as per Article XVII, paragraph 17.1) until December 31, 2025, and from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Control days will be held to monitor and evaluate the work progress and results, with their specific dates to be determined by agreement between the contracting parties.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves the development and support of applications for customs procedures, specifically within the "Single Window" system. This encompasses various technical activities and deliverables.

Core Scope of Work and Deliverables:

• Development and Implementation of Applications: The contractor is responsible for the development, complete creation, and operational deployment of software (SW) or its components within the client's information system environment to support customs procedures. If third-party software is involved, implementation includes its installation and necessary configurations to ensure operability.
• System Testing: Conduct testing to assess the impact of operating system changes, updates, or upgrades on applications within the customs administration information system (ISCS). This testing will be performed in both testing and operational environments.
• Database Management: This includes modifications and optimization of database structures to ensure efficient operation with minimal technical requirements, as well as ongoing optimization during the application's operational cycle.
• Data Compatibility: Ensure data compatibility with European system databases when the application is integrated with European systems.
• Documentation Creation: Produce comprehensive documentation according to defined specifications, including:
• Modeling information system and application (SW) architecture using ArchiMate (versions 2.0, 3.0, and later).
• Modeling Use Case diagrams in UML graphical language (version 2.5 and later).
• Modeling processes using BPMN notation (version 2.0 and later).
• Application Configuration: Populate Ansa applications (Ansa, Servers) with relevant files as per defined specifications.
• Data Model Management: Process and continuously update the data model.
• Migration Support: Provide cooperation during the migration of existing databases to new environments when transitioning to new information systems.
• Interface Description: Document current communication interfaces, such as WSDL files and views.
• Analysis and Consultation: Conduct input cost analyses for development requests and provide preliminary development consultations.
• Training: Deliver user, administrator, and developer training for the client's employees, as specified in individual change or development requests.
• Deliverable Format: All completed work (dílo) must be delivered to the client in electronic format on standard recording media (CD or DVD) or in a designated secure data repository within the Customs Administration (CS) environment. This also includes user and administrator documentation, which must be prepared in Czech.
• Phased Delivery: The work will be delivered progressively in the form of partial fulfillments within deadlines established in the SBM application, formalized by a Handover Protocol.
• Installation Requests: Requests for the installation of partial deliveries and new software versions on the operational environment, along with all necessary files and installation instructions, must be submitted via the Helpline module in SBM.
