TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is construction works consisting in the construction of engineering structures, Building A, Shared Buildings, and in the construction of the enclosed rough structure of Building B, within the construction project entitled “Development of the Zbraslav site (RAZ) – main phase – Phase II” (hereinafter referred to as the “project”). Performance of the public contract shall take place in accordance with the standards of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (hereinafter referred to as “FIDIC”) – Conditions of Contract for Construction of Buildings and Engineering Works designed by the Employer (hereinafter referred to as “FIDIC RED BOOK”).
