“Development of the sports infrastructure of the Municipal Stadium in Kazimierza Wielka through the construction of an athletics running track.” 1. The subject matter of the contract is the development of the sports infrastructure of the Municipal Stadium in Kazimierza Wielka through the construction of an athletics running track. 1) The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in: a) design documentation (hereinafter also referred to as the documentation), which constitutes an annex to the SWZ containing: - the construction design; - technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; b) Bill of quantities - an annex to the SWZ. c) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract – an annex to the SWZ. The bill(s) of quantities attached to the SWZ have only an informational character. After becoming familiar with the design documentation and other documents, the Contractor is obliged to determine the scope of works necessary to achieve the result.
