TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the Development of the Mazovian e-Health Platform. 2. The subject of the contract includes the development of the IT system “Mazovian e-Health Platform” along with ensuring continuity of operation of the modified system as part of the project entitled “E-health for Mazovia 3” financed with funds from the European Union under the programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021-2027 (FEM 2021-2027 / FEM) Priority I European Funds for a more competitive and smarter Mazovia, under Specific Objective 1 (ii) EFRR.CP1.II Gaining benefits from digitisation for citizens, enterprises, research organisations and public institutions, Measure FEMA.01.02 E-services. As part of the performance of the contract, an e-CD service will be delivered or created and delivered, enabling the patient electronic access to results of imaging tests without the need to appear in person at a medical entity. The e-CD service consists of functionalities based on secure, authorised sending and storing of images in DICOM format in the PACS repository, accessible via a web portal and internal HIS/RIS systems.
