1. The subject matter of the contract is the Development of the Masovian e-Health Platform. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes the development of the information technology system "Masovian e-Health Platform" together with ensuring continuity of operation of the modified system as part of the project entitled "E-health for Mazovia 3" financed from the European Union funds under the programme European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027 (FEM 2021-2027 / FEM) Priority I European Funds for a more competitive and intelligent Mazovia, within the scope of Specific Objective 1 (ii) ERDF.CP1.II Making the most of the benefits of digitisation for citizens, enterprises, research organisations and public institutions, Measure FEMA.01.02 E-services. As part of the performance of the contract, an e-CD service will be delivered or created and delivered, enabling the patient to access imaging test results electronically without the need to appear in person at a medical entity.
