TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the investment task entitled: "Development of urban mobility in the Nowodworski County: Construction of a bicycle path with accompanying infrastructure in the Nasielsk Municipality area." The scope of the contract includes section no. 5 from the Functional and Utility Program (PFU). 2. The subject of the contract will be carried out in two stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of project documentation, 2) Stage II – execution of construction works. 3. The execution of the subject of the contract will be carried out under the "design and build" formula. 4. The commencement of construction works may take place only after the project documentation has been approved by the Contracting Authority. 5. The Contractor is obliged to prepare and agree with the Supervising Inspector and the Contracting Authority the Work Program (material and financial schedule) concerning the entire contract, which will include in particular the stage of preparing project documentation, obtaining the required decisions and agreements, as well as the execution of construction works, and which will contain the method of implementing the contract while maintaining the continuity of…
