TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is an investment project entitled: “Development of Urban Mobility in the Powiat Nowodworski Area: Construction of a Bicycle Path with Accompanying Infrastructure in the Area of the Nasielsk Commune”. The scope of the contract includes section no. 5 from the PFU. 2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in two stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of design documentation, 2) Stage II – execution of construction works. 3. The subject of the contract will be carried out using the “design and build” formula. 4. Construction works may commence only after the design documentation has been approved by the Contracting Authority. 5. The Contractor is required to prepare and agree with the Construction Supervision Inspector and the Contracting Authority the Construction Program (material and financial schedule) concerning the entire contract, in particular including the stage of developing the design documentation, obtaining the required decisions and arrangements, and carrying out the construction works, which will include the manner of implementing the contract while ensuring continuity of operation of the facility. 6.
