TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the development of pedestrian and cyclist automatic detection systems in Gdynia. The contractor's task will be a comprehensive expansion with an additional 61 brand new thermal detection devices. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes delivery together with installation and configuration of 61 brand new thermal detection devices within pedestrian crossings and bicycle crossings covered by the contract, as well as adaptation of traffic signal controllers in the specified locations to support thermal detectors. In the specified locations, MSR-2002 controllers with the TRENDS core are used. A detailed list of locations is provided in Annex A to the ToR. The installation of cameras will take place on existing supporting structures owned by the Contracting Authority (mainly traffic light masts or other structures used for ITS devices within the TRISTAR system).
