TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of software licences as part of the task titled "Development of e-health services and increasing the level of cybersecurity of the Specialist Hospital in Chorzów – software" broken down into parts. Part 1: Software for managing and protecting IT infrastructure. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, and the contract template constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the contract template must be read together with any possible changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of answers provided to questions submitted by Contractors.
