Rozwój usług dla e-zdrowia SSWCH – Integracja systemu HIS z Centralną e-Rejestracją systemu P1.

The total contract duration is 90 calendar days from the date of concluding the agreement.

The key milestones and phases are as follows:

• Preparation of detailed conditions and scope of implementation: No later than 14 days from the contract signing date.
• Delivery of software for testing, integration, configuration, and parameterization: No later than 30 days from the contract signing date.
• Acceptance, performance, integration, and security tests at the Ordering Party: No later than 45 days from the contract signing date.
• Preparation and realization of workstation instructions: No later than 60 days from the contract signing date.
• Delivery, configuration, and parameterization of software on the Ordering Party's production environment with integration, acceptance of documentation, and production start of the delivered software: Up to 90 days from the contract signing date.
• A Stabilization Period of 60 days begins after the implementation and production launch.
• Final acceptance takes place after the Stabilization Period, provided specific conditions related to critical failures and high errors are met.

The contract start and end dates are contingent upon the date of signing the contract and are not fixed calendar dates.

• Integration with platform P1.
• Integration with HIS hospital / AOS - Asseco AMMS 6.10.06.95.
• Integration with Zintegrowany System Informatyczny InfoMedica / AMMS (ZSI).
• Use of an intermediate layer for integration (permissible).
• Use of an integration bus for integration (permissible).
• Use of adapters for integration (permissible).
• Use of connectors for integration (permissible).
• Programming work.
• Integration testing.
• Validation testing.
• Full system configuration.
• Compliance with current integration requirements of the Centralna e-Rejestracja.
