TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of an undertaking that includes the supply, deployment, configuration, integration and commissioning of the Client’s information systems and teleinformatics infrastructure, together with the performance of the necessary implementation services, migration and digitisation of data, configuration of data exchange, conducting trainings and instructions, and commissioning e-services. As part of the contract, the deployment of an integrated GIS System together with the Municipal Geoportal is planned, along with modules supporting the municipality’s tasks in the area of spatial planning, the register of monuments, the register of localities, streets and addresses (EMUiA), water supply and sewerage infrastructure, the register of roads, and handling matters related to tree felling. The scope also includes the development, digitisation, migration, processing and import of the required spatial data, as well as commissioning services and integrations enabling their use by the individual system modules.
