"Development of social services in the Municipality of Zabrodzie as part of the Premia Społeczna project" III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. The Municipality of Zabrodzie invites tenders to be submitted for the implementation of the development of social services in the Municipality of Zabrodzie as part of the grant project Premia Społeczna, co-financed from the funds of the European Social Fund Plus (EFS+). 2. The scope of the planned services includes: 1) A picnic on the occasion of Family Day; 2) An intergenerational dance evening; 3) Rehabilitative gymnastics for seniors 55+; 4) Vocal workshops for seniors with songs and folk chants; 5) Provision of care services excluding specialist care services at the place of residence of persons covered by the assistance of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Zabrodzie in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2027, in accordance with individual administrative decisions, Article 50 of the Act on Social Assistance, the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 4 August 2026 on care services at the place of residence (Journal of Laws item 1067) and the Standards applicable in the…
