TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Schweinfurt (Landkreis Schweinfurt) requires project management for the following construction project: Construction of a new secondary school in Schonungen The district of Schweinfurt plans to build a new secondary school in Schonungen on a site previously used for agricultural purposes (Fl. No.: 1392/7, 1267, 1268, 1269) above the existing municipal open-air sports grounds. The property has a significant elevation development; the difference in height from the low point (access road) to the high point is approx. 22 m (see site plan). The future school grounds will be newly developed; for this purpose, the existing access road at the Naturfreundehaus will be extended and redesigned. The public development works, including upgrading the access way, sewer, water, electricity and fiber-optic supply, will be newly created as part of the measure. Optional district heating supply is available from the existing combined heat and power plant (Blockheizkraftwerk) of the municipality of Schonungen.
