TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Schweinfurt requires project management for the following construction project: Construction of a new secondary school in Schonungen The district of Schweinfurt plans to build a new secondary school in Schonungen on a plot previously used for agricultural purposes (Fl. no.: 1392/7, 1267, 1268, 1269) above the existing municipal open-air sports ground. The site has a significant change in elevation; the difference in height from the low point (access road) to the high point is approximately 22 m (see site plan). The future school grounds will be developed anew. For this purpose, the existing access road at the Naturfreundehaus will be extended and redesigned. The public infrastructure, including expansion of the access path, sewer, water, electricity and fiber-optic supply, will be newly created as part of the measure. Optionally, district heating supply is available from the existing combined heat and power plant (Blockheizkraftwerk) of the municipality of Schonungen.
