TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is a handheld Raman spectroscopy device in the quantity of eighteen (18) units, in accordance with the Cost Sheet and the Technical Specification of the subject of procurement from Annex No. 2 and 5 of this Documentation, as well as with all other conditions stated in this Documentation. The procurement item to be delivered must satisfy and hold all licenses required by law for use. The Bidder undertakes to submit all necessary prior notifications to the competent authorities and to carry out all necessary tests for safe operation with the procurement item. The Bidder is required to prove the equivalence of the offered goods if it is permitted to offer equivalent goods. Handheld Raman spectroscopy device
