TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is a handheld Raman spectroscopy device in the quantity of eighteen (18) units, in accordance with the Cost Sheet and the Technical Specification of the subject of procurement from Annex No. 2 and 5 of this Documentation, as well as all other conditions stated in this Documentation. The procurement item that is delivered must satisfy and possess all licences prescribed by law for use. The Bidder undertakes to submit all necessary prior notifications to the competent authorities and to carry out all necessary tests for safe operation with the subject of procurement. The Bidder is obliged to prove the equivalence of the offered goods if it is allowed to offer equivalent goods.
