TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is gloves, in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the Cost Sheet and pursuant to this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement shall be delivered successively, upon the Purchaser’s delivery request, to the places of delivery within a period that may not be longer than 5 calendar days from the date of sending the delivery request (in accordance with the bidder’s offer). By the final delivery deadline, all contractual obligations of the Contractor must be fulfilled. Goods shall be deemed delivered and the contractual obligation shall be fulfilled at the time the goods are handed over and the accompanying procurement documentation is prepared and delivered to the Purchaser. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Contract. The Contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The Purchaser has concluded Contracts for the procurement of the subject goods for a duration of up to 19.12.2026. All supplied medical products must be on the market, i.e., in circulation, in the Republic of Croatia, and must meet the essential requirements, have a conformity assessment and be marked with the “CE” marking, in…
