TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kaarina’s Procurement and Catering Services requests a tender for the cleaning of Rungon School for the period 9.1.2027–8.1.2029, after which the contract may, at the Client’s discretion, be extended on the original terms with two (2) options of one (1) year each (9.1.2029–8.1.2030 and 9.1.2030–8.1.2031). Separate decisions will be made on the activation of the option periods. In addition to this tender request, the detailed descriptions for producing the service content and quality have been provided in its attachments. The site will be presented on Tue 29.9.2026 starting at 15:00. Registration for the presentation event must be submitted by 25.9.2026 at 12:00. Detailed information on the site presentation and registration can be found in the “Procurement” section of the supplier service. Submitting a tender requires participation in the site presentation; if a tenderer does not participate, its tender will be rejected as being contrary to the tender request.
