TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers arranging Swedish-language early childhood education and preschool services for children in accordance with the Act on Early Childhood Education for the City of Kerava for the period 1.8.2027–31.7.2030. The procurement includes one (1) option period of two (2) years for the period 1.8.2030–31.7.2032. The need for the service to be arranged in autumn 2027 is for 30 notional Swedish-language early childhood education places, including both Swedish-language children’s early childhood education and preschool education. The contracting authority provides information on the preliminary places to the service provider in writing by 30 April. The number may vary by operating year. Places are purchased annually as needed. The contract does not include any minimum obligation to purchase places. The service must be provided on weekdays during the hours 06:00–18:00. At the beginning of the contract period, the service is arranged in the premises designated by the contracting authority at Taimikatu 6, 04260, Kerava.
